Shipping

Box-O-Box sends your Box via UPS. Actual shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items you are shipping, the service you are using, and the location to which you are shipping. Orders placed M-F before 3PM EST will ship out the SAME DAY unless indicated otherwise on the product page. Orders placed weekdays after 3PM EST or placed over the weekend/holiday will ship from our location the following business day. NOTE: Box-O-Box does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your student's address is an on-campus student box, please make sure they accept UPS deliveries.

Advance Orders and Box-O-Mester

To schedule an advance order, select the desired delivery date from the pop-up calendar, on the 'Delivery Information' page, as you proceed through the check-out process. And because we kinda like you, you can order as many boxes as you want for advance delivery!

We like to call this a Box-O-Mester. You choose the boxes, select the delivery dates, and we take care of the rest! One example of a very popular Box-O-Mester is to start off the semester with the Cool Dorm Stuff Box, send the Box-O-Ween during Halloween, hit them with the All-Nighter Box during mid-terms, follow that up with the Pamper Yourself, Retro or Movie Night Box, and end the semester off with the Exam-Time Box to make sure they finish-up with all A's! Your student will be saying, "My Mom/Dad/Aunt/Grandma/Etc... is the coolest!"

UPS Air

UPS expedited services are guaranteed; therefore UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed to arrive the next day. For example, 'Next Day Air' orders received by 3pm EST on a Monday are guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday. A 'Next Day Air' order received after 3pm EST on a Monday, will be shipped on Tuesday, and arrive on Wednesday. Make sure you send your order in accordingly!! Afterall, we don't want you to be mad at us :-)

* Saturday delivery on UPS Next Day Air is available in some areas for an additional fee.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground is often a fast and very reliable way to ship. It is almost always the most economical method available. UPS Ground does not offer Saturday delivery.

Returns & Undeliverable Packages Policy

We guarantee all of our Box-O-Boxes. If any of the items in your Box-O-Box are damaged upon delivery, or any food item has passed its expiration date, you or the recipient(s) must contact our office within 3 business days after delivery, to discuss a replacement or refund. All care packages that will be replaced or refunded must be returned to Box-O-Box within 15 days after delivery. The replacement will only be sent, and the refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the fully intact care package that you are returning. Please call us before you return your package at (800)730-0223

Sales Tax

New Jersey State Sales Tax will be charged on gifts delivered within the state of New Jersey.
