A. Students love getting Boxes anytime of the year. Send one during the first week of school (they miss you!), support them for Finals or any exam, birthday time, graduation and Valentine's Day.

Q. Are any of your care packages geared towards health?
A. Yes! We try to tailor all of our care packages so that they are filled with practical gifts and geared towards a healthy lifestyle. Check out the Earthy Box* and Healthy Box*, we know you will approve.

Q. Do you substitute items for people with special needs like diabetics, vegans & vegetarians?
A. Box-O-Box will accommodate special needs (diabetic, non dairy, wheat free, etc.) to the best of its ability. We cannot guarantee that all items included in each package will be suitable for your student's special needs. We always welcome your suggestions, and would be happy to discuss Boxes anytime!
Q. How long will it take for a Box-O-Box to be delivered?
A. Box-O-Boxes usually ship within two business days. Orders received after 3pm EST are generally shipped the following business day. Please keep in mind that extenuating circumstances do arise and our team will do its best to ship your order out promptly.
